Meeting or Speaker Sponsoring
the Newsletter Fees: $200 ¼ page (4.5" by 4") advertisement, $300 ½ page (4.5" by 8") advertisement. |
 Sponsor TSMUG: TSMUG is a non-profit organization; anyone wishing to help subsidize the cost of group activities is welcome to do so by sponsoring a group event, newsletter or web site. Sponsor contributions enable the group to provide quality speakers and educational opportunities. If you are interested in being a sponsor or would like more information, please contact us. Vendor Policy: Our Code of Ethics, prevent us from allowing job solicitation of any type at member functions or within membership publications. If you are a vendor and would like to inform the group of your product or services, you may do this by being a sponsor. If you have a free offering that you would like to advertise to the group, or are offering a substantial discount to group members, we will attempt to advertise your offering on our web site or in our newsletter. Due to publishing deadlines and update schedules, free advertising is not guaranteed. It is our desire to make these offers known to our membership, so we will make every reasonable attempt to advertise your offering. Send an email describing your offering to tsmug@tsmug.org. All

of Directors. NEW! Meeting Handout Table: We have a new opportunity that we hope will accommodate the requests we have had from many of our vendor community. If you would like to bring handouts and distribute them during our networking hour at a group meeting, you can now do so for a small fee. Table space will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be constrained based on the accommodations. You may reserve table space in advance of the meeting by contacting a member of the Board of Directors. If you are advertising a free offering or are a meeting sponsor, we will distribute your advertisement for free. Fee: $50, payable in advance or prior to the start of the networking hour the day of the meeting. Anyone
reserving space without
payment in advance of the meeting will forfeit their reservation if
they
are not present prior to the start of the networking hour.
Sponsoring the Web Site The only advertisement on our web site is pre-paid sponsor advertising, advertising of events that are free of charge to our members or other midrange Users Group events. You must provide any graphics, link or email information to be published. Advertisements run for 30 days and no more than 2 sponsor advertisements will run concurrently. Your advertisement will appear on every TSMUG page. Graphic Requirements: .jpg or .gif format, 2" by 2.5" (or 376 by 470 pixels), no larger than 500KB. We can scan your advertisement in black and white for you. Fees: $50 with concurrent advertisement in newsletter, $100 web advertisement, with link to your site and mail to link.
